Overnight shipping or next-day delivery will only be applicable to orders that are placed before 12:00 in the afternoon on the day before the desired delivery date.
Next-day delivery is also not applicable on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
There is currently no local collection option available.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our delivery services are limited to physical addresses. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will fail.
